Touch Up Paint (50ml)

Delivery
We deliver to Mainland UK only, covering England, Scotland and Wales. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands, or the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
Delivery charges apply to accessories and gate hardware when purchased separately. If ordered with a gate, these items are delivered FREE as part of the gate order.
Accessories are typically delivered within 5 working days
Where possible, we use our own Readymade Gates delivery team rather than third-party couriers, helping to ensure your products are handled carefully and placed where needed at your property. We’ll send you an update as soon as your order has been dispatched.
If an order is placed for an excluded area, we will contact you to cancel and refund it. Any non-refundable transaction or payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund total.

Returns
If you’d like to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
If the goods need to be collected, we’ll arrange a collection from the original delivery address. A £36 collection fee will apply if we arrange collection for your return.
Your refund will be processed once the products have been returned to our warehouse and inspected. We’ll get in touch to agree a convenient collection date and time.
Please note: for any modified products, custom cut-to-size items, or custom colour orders, we’re unable to accept returns or cancellations once production has started.
If any custom item arrives with a manufacturing fault or damage, we will of course assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or replacement parts as appropriate.
