Delivery Restrictions

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the following areas:

  • Northern Ireland (BT postcodes)
  • Channel Islands (GY, JE)
  • Isle of Man (IM)
  • Isle of Wight (PO30–PO41)
  • Scottish Highlands & Islands (including HS, ZE, KW, IV, PA, PH, KA27–KA28)
  • Isles of Scilly (TR21–TR25)

If an order is placed for an excluded area, we will contact you to cancel the order and arrange a refund. Please note that any non-refundable payment processing or transaction fees may be deducted from the refund total.

Delivery Times & Scheduling

We are unable to confirm an exact delivery date at the time of order, as deliveries are scheduled in line with route planning and logistics.

As your estimated lead time approaches, we will schedule your delivery and send you an email to confirm the date.

Estimated lead times from order date:

  • Standard-size garden gates, double driveway gates and posts: 2–3 weeks
  • Custom-size or custom colour garden gates, double driveway gates and posts: 4–5 weeks
  • Sliding gates: 6–8 weeks
  • Automatic bollards: 2–3 weeks

Orders with factory-fitted handle sets are included within the lead times above.

Please note:

  • Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays
  • Free UK mainland delivery applies to all gate orders
  • Accessories and gate hardware are also delivered free when ordered with a gate
  • For accessories or hardware purchased separately, delivery charges will apply

Delivery Confirmation

As your delivery window approaches, we will contact you by email with your confirmed delivery date.

If there are any unexpected delays, we will keep you updated as soon as possible.

The day before delivery

On the afternoon or evening before delivery, our driver will text the mobile number provided at checkout with an estimated time of arrival.

Special Delivery Requests

If you have any specific delivery instructions, such as a preferred safe place or access information, please add these in the Order Special Instructions box on the cart page when placing your order.

Important Information

While we always do our best to deliver within the estimated lead times, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.

We recommend waiting until your order has been delivered and checked before booking any installers or fitting appointments, as we cannot accept responsibility for costs arising from early bookings.

Returns & Refunds

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Where collection is required, this will be arranged from the original delivery address.

A £36 collection fee will apply if we arrange collection for your return.

Refunds are processed once the goods have been returned to our warehouse and inspected.

Please note that modified products and custom cut-to-size items cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started. If a custom item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, we will of course replace the defective parts.
