Returns

We offer a 30-day returns policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in original condition and in the original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

To start a return, please email enquiries@readymadegates.co.uk Returns must be approved before any items are sent back. Items returned without prior authorisation may be refused.

If a return needs collection, we can arrange this from the original delivery address.

Please note:

A £36 collection fee will apply if we arrange collection for your return.

Refunds are processed once the item has been returned and inspected.

Non-returnable items

The following items are made to order and cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started:

Custom cut-to-size gates
Modified size products
Custom colour orders

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Damaged or faulty items

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us as soon as possible if:

Your item arrives damaged
There is a manufacturing fault
You receive an incorrect item

Please email enquiries@readymadegates.co.uk with your order number and photos where possible. We will assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or replacement parts as appropriate.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible for return, the quickest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item once approved and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
